The Magnetic Service System™ is designed to identify Service Performance Indicators to make improvements to your organization. The indicators are based on feedback from customers, team members and standards within your industry. This system includes an analysis of service both from an external and internal perspective.
The actual training is provided as a two part series which covers 7 Magnetic forces:
The first ½ day session covers Magnetic Forces 1 – 4 and the second ½ days session delivered approximately 3 – 4 weeks later covers Magnetic Forces 5 – 7.
