Specialization: Through one on one and team coaching Loie provides support for her clients, through their transitions and growth, to achieve their goals. She also trains managers to use a coach approach in their leadership. Her support of clients, post training, ensures action and return on their training investments.
Loie has spent over 35 years managing projects, teams, and events in a variety of industries and non – profit organizations. Loie’s diverse work background, her ability to assist others see the path needed to achieve success, her love of policy and process and her ability “to get things done” are traits clients find invaluable. Loie, through her company Drumawillan Management Inc., provides executive and team coaching, facilitation, and training to organizations throughout Western Canada. Loie brings authenticity, wisdom, enthusiasm, creativity, a strong sense of process and her always present sense of humour to the table. The result is her clients, stakeholders, teams and peers feel comfortable and confident in their ability to achieve results and move forward.
Loie received her training at Royal Roads University’s Certified Executive Coach program and has achieved the PCC level of Certification through the International Coach Federation. Loie has coached and mentored Directors, Managers, Supervisors and Teams within the private and public sector including Provincial Government, Health Care, hospitality, construction, oil and gas and Municipal Government. Loie is also a coach educator offering two programs to teach executives, managers and supervisors to use a coach approach in their leadership. Loie believes there is no more powerful tool than coaching to move forward and achieve results.
Loie is a 2nd generation Edmontonian and is a member of the Rotary Club of Edmonton Northeast. She has a passion for golf, music, live theatre and her dog Patch.
