
Specialization: Workplace behaviour and personnel selection.
Drew joined Keldar as an associate in 2011. He is trained and certified in the full spectrum of workplace assessment implementation (cognitive, behavioral, Person-Job Fit) from multiple vendors allowing his clients to receive the “right tool at the right time”. He has ample experience in assessment centers, realistic job previews and selection process implementation.
He has conducted well over 1,000 behavioral interviews, and served as a selection board member for occupations as diverse as police recruiting, pilot selection, technical hiring, sales hiring, VIP protection and intelligence officers.
His education background includes BA (St. Mary’s), M Div (U Toronto), and a Certificate of Human Resource Studies from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations as well as doctoral level course work in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Drew has completed over 200 hours of conflict resolution and mediation training from the Justice Institute of British Columbia. In January 2010, Drew was named a “Senior Professional in Human Resources” (SPHR) by the Society for Human Resource Management.
